IN BRIEF: Personal Group CFO to step down; names successor

Personal Group Holdings PLC - Milton Keynes-based employee benefits and services provider - Chief Financial Officer Sarah Mace intends to step down from the board at the time of the company's annual general meeting in May next year. She has been CFO since October 2020. Names Matthew Cohen as Mace's successor, who will assume the CFO role and be appointed to the board by the end of the first half of next year. Cohen is currently CFO at Intact Insurance SA, a non-regulated life insurance company.
