Petra Diamonds Ltd - South Africa and Tanzania-focused diamond miner - Chair Varda Shine will not offer herself for re-election at the company's annual general meeting on Wednesday and will retire from the board after the meeting. She has served as chair since November last year. Petra Diamonds appoints Non-Executive Director Jose Vargas to chair, with effect from Wednesday after the meeting.
