Mila Resources PLC - London-based post-discovery gold exploration firm - Reports 2025 financials. Pretax loss widens to GBP800,435 from GBP686,277 a year ago. At 30 June, cash and cash equivalents are GBP350,301 compared to GBP1.42 million a year ago. Net asset position is GBP6.41 million. Received further GBP776,000 from the placing in July. Read More

Mila Resources PLC - London-based post-discovery gold exploration firm - Exercises option with EMX Royalty Corp to acquire 100% interest in exploration licenses at the Yarrol, Mount Steadman and Mount Weary projects. To pay GBP110,000 in new shares to exercise the option, with shares subject to a 12-month lock-up. Agreement includes additional consideration payable to EMX if Mila's share price exceeds 1.0 pence for more than 12 continuous trading days, which it has since September 25. Read More
