Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in the Republic of Congo – Focuses on clarifying the position of the mining convention relative to the new mining law in the Republic of Congo, Kore Potash Chief Executive Officer Andre Baya says. This is essential to enable the formal sale process to proceed, Baya says. Kore has said two parties have shown interest in acquiring the company by participating in the formal sale process. While the sale process continues, Kore has also said it engaged with OWI-RAMS GMBH on funding for its Kola project. Read More

Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Says it continues to engage with two parties over the sale of the company. Late last month, a new party showed interest in acquiring Kore by participating in the formal sale process. In November last year, Kore said two suitors had made approaches to take over the group, before one of them pulled out in March.
