Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Says it continues to engage with two parties over the sale of the company. Late last month, a new party showed interest in acquiring Kore by participating in the formal sale process. In November last year, Kore said two suitors had made approaches to take over the group, before one of them pulled out in March.
