Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Agrees to acquire a 0.46% interest in Sintoukola Potash SA for USD1 million from Etablissements MGM. Kore currently owns 97% of Sintoukola Potash, with the remaining 3% owned by MGM. In terms of the agreement, Kore has the right to acquire MGM's remaining 2.54% shareholding in Sintoukola Potash. Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Says it continues to engage with two suitors that made approaches to take over Kore Potash early in November. Notes that the formal sale process since November has seen site visits and due diligence. Also says it is still awaiting formal instructions from authorities in the Republic of Congo as to the government-owned entity that will hold the government's 10% free carry stake. Says Mines Minister Louis Watum Kabamba in the Republic of Congo has expressed his full support for the formal sale process. Read More

Kore Potash PLC – London-based owner of the Kola and DX potash projects in Republic of Congo – Says it has "conditionally" raised about USD12.2 million by way of direct subscriptions of new shares at 2.9 pence each. Subscribers include certain existing shareholders and new institutional investors. Plans to use the proceeds for working capital to implement its strategy for at least the next 12 months. Says it will also use proceeds to make final outstanding payment to PowerChina International Group Ltd for optimisation work undertaken in 2022 and 2023. Read More
