HgCapital Trust PLC - London-based investment trust that provides access to private equity investments of manager Hg - Invests GBP20 million into Nourish Care Systems Ltd, a Bournemouth, England-based software provider to the UK social and community care sector. HgCapital Trust says the investment will be made alongside other institutional clients of Hg through the Hg Mercury Fund. Terms of the Hg investment into Nourish are not disclosed. The deal is expected to be completed by the end of August. Hg says Nourish Care will continue to be led by Founder & Chief Executive Officer Nuno Almeida, who also remains a significant shareholder.
