USD1.00 billion in 5-year bonds will have a fixed coupon of 5.0%, USD750 million in 7-year bonds will have a 5.125% coupon, and USD1.25 billion in 10-year bonds will have a 5.30% coupon. Separately, Non-Executive Director Ross McEwan, who is set to become chair at the end of March, buys 25,000 shares at AUD40.53, worth AUD1.0 million, about USD643,000, on Tuesday.
