Afentra PLC - Africa-focused oil and gas explorer and producer with interests onshore and offshore Angola - Raises GBP2 million gross from a retail share offer, selling 3.0 million new shares at 67 pence each. The retail offer is in addition to USD40 million, about GBP30 million, already raised from an oversubscribed institutional placing of 44.3 million shares at the same price. About half of the share placing is conditional on shareholder approval at a general meeting that Afentra calls for June 25. Read More
