Wickes Group PLC - Watford, England-based home improvement retailer - Announces on Tuesday that it has commenced a third share buyback programme worth up to GBP10.0 million, which will end on or before December 31. Says the buyback's sole purpose is to reduce its share capital, and it intends to cancel all repurchased shares. Wickes has engaged Investec Bank PLC to conduct the programme on its behalf.
