Rathbones Group PLC - London-based investment and wealth manager - Starts on Wednesday the GBP20 million share buyback announced in February with its 2025 results. The buyback will be managed by Merrill Lynch International, and the repurchased shares will be cancelled. Rathbones shares fell 17% on Tuesday after the company warned of a profit hit, saying it has voluntarily halted new inflows from some existing high-risk clients until they "meet certain requirements".
