Quantum Helium Ltd - Sydney-based miner targeting helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons in the US and Australia - Provides an update on engineering work at its Sagebrush project, in which it holds a 90% working interest, and on additional drilling opportunities across its Colorado portfolio. At Sagebrush, says it is finalising an engineering assessment to define the next phase of testing, stimulation and field development. Quantum expects the next programme to use a more extensive stimulation treatment to increase contact with the natural fracture network and improved sustained flow rates from which to base development planning. In parallel, permitting and drill planning are advancing across five additional opportunities across the Sagebrush and Coyote Wash projects. Quantum has a 100% working interest in Coyote Wash. "Our work at Sagebrush continues to strengthen our confidence in the project," says Chief Executive Howard McLaughlin. "We are not only progressing Sagebrush towards its next phase, but also building a broader Colorado drilling pipeline with the potential to support a multi-field helium and oil business," he adds. Quantum Helium Ltd - Sydney-based miner targeting helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons in the US and Australia - Raises GBP5 million through a conditional placing of 16.67 billion new ordinary shares at 0.03 pence each. Says it undertook the placing with multiple institutional investors who approached it, "reflecting growing interest in Quantum's asset base and the strategic importance of domestic US helium supply." Says it intends to use the proceeds to advance development, planning and engineering works at its Sagebrush project; to progress permitting, planning and work towards drill-ready targets at its Coyote Wash project; to dund well planning, long-lead items and infrastructure design at both projects; to support ongoing technical work, including seismic interpretation and subsurface modelling; and for additional working capital and financial flexibility. Says it is using existing cash resources to fund "the key near-term operational milestone" of its extended production test at the Sagebrush-1 well. Adds that it "expects a number of significant operational updates in the coming weeks," with the next phase focused on perforating and testing the first of two zones in the Leadville Formation. Says perforations are scheduled to start this coming week. Read More

Quantum Helium Ltd - Sydney-based mining company targets helium, hydrogen and hydrocarbons in the US and Australia formerly called Mosman Oil and Gas - Says last week marked two major milestones for the company: completion of the Sagebrush 3D seismic acquisition and finalisation of the Coyote Wash Sproule ERCE independent resource report. In addition, the company also finalised the irrevocable letter of credit required for the extended flow test at Sagebrush-1. Together, these achievements have significantly advanced Quantum's regulatory, technical and development position heading into 2026, it says. The regulatory progress continues with the company expecting final sign-off for the extended flow test at Sagebrush-1 once the Bureau of Indian Affairs completes its review cycle. Early 2026 priorities include: receipt of fully processed and interpreted 3D seismic results; commencement of the extended flow test at Sagebrush-1 upon final BIA approval; integration of the new seismic into 2026 drilling and development planning; and advancement of commercial discussions and surface development options.
