(Alliance News) - Octopus Apollo VCT PLC - London-based investor in higher-risk smaller businesses which brought a product or service to market - Says it will raise up to GBP35 million via a placing, following the approval of its prospectus by the financial conduct authority. Says it will have an over-allotment of up to a further GBP15 million. Says the offer will close on April 5 next year for the 2023/2024 tax year, and on November 15 2024 for the 2024/2025 tax year.
