Metlen Energy & Metals PLC - Athens-based aluminium producer and electricity generator - Prices offering of EUR600 million in senior notes due 2031 at 100% of issue price with a coupon of 3.875%. The EUR600 million raised in the debt issue was EUR100 million more than initially announced on Monday. The offering was led by BNP Paribas SA, Citigroup Inc, HSBC Holdings PLC and Morgan Stanley as joint global coordinators.
