Computacenter PLC, up 3.5% at 4,738.39 pence, 12-month range 4,586.00p-4,760.00p. Berenberg raises the Hatfield, England-based technology services provider to 'buy' from 'hold' on Monday, and raises the price target to 5,300 pence from 3,450p.

Segro PLC, down 0.3% at 894.60 pence, 12-month range 876.60p-900.00p. Prologis makes its case publicly to Segro shareholders, after a third takeover offer for its logistics property peer was rejected by the board. San Francisco, California-based Prologis has sweetened its all-share offer for London-based Segro and added a partial cash alternative. It is offering 0.0890 of a new Prologis share for each Segro share, which values Segro at 993 pence per share or GBP13.5 billion in total. Prologis notes that the offer price is a 9.7% premium to Segro's adjusted net asset value of 905p per share at June 30. The new offer also includes a partial cash alternative of 1,000p per Segro share, capped at GBP2.7 billion. Prologis, making its case to Segro shareholders, saying: "Segro's standalone plan relies on flawless execution of a significant, long-dated development pipeline, substantial third-party funding and an unjustified valuation." Subsequently, Segro confirms that it received and unanimously rejected the latest Prologis offer. However, it met with Prologis management on Sunday "to understand Prologis' ability to improve its financial terms to a level that could be capable of being recommended by the board of Segro".

Frasers Group PLC, up 3.6% at 756.50 pence, 12-month range 733.50p-769.00p. The Shirebrook, England-based owner of the House of Fraser, Sports Direct and Flannels brands has engaged Panmure Liberum Ltd to conduct a share buyback programme on its behalf. It intends to repurchase up to 10.0 million shares, for an aggregate price of up to GBP80.0 million. The repurchased shares will be placed into treasury. Buyback starts Monday and ends on the trading day immediately before its next AGM, which it currently expects to hold in mid-September. Also, RBC cuts the stock's price target to 725p from 750p, maintaining an 'underperform' rating.
