Segro PLC - London-based property developer - As venture adviser to the Segro European Logistics Partnership joint venture, it reports the pricing of a EUR500 million senior unsecured bond issue for the venture. Notes the bonds possess a five-year term, and are priced 105 basis points above euro mid-swaps. Says this equates to an annual coupon of 3.875%.
