IN BRIEF: Kingfisher starts second tranche of buyback programme
Kingfisher PLC - London-based retail firm focused on home improvement - Commences the second tranche of its GBP300 million share buyback programme, worth a maximum of GBP50 million. The tranche will end no later than September 22. Kingfisher says any shares repurchased will be cancelled as "The purpose of the tranche is to reduce the share capital of the company".
