Experian PLC - Dublin-based consumer credit checker - Hires Adam Crozier as an independent non-executive director and chair designate. Crozier, the former chief executive of television broadcaster ITV PLC and current chair of telecommunications provider BT Group PLC, will join the Experian board on May 12 and replace Mike Rogers as chair at the Experian annual general meeting on July 22. Rogers will leave the board, having served for nine years, including seven as chair. Experian had announced Rogers's departure back in January. The company continues to be led by Brian Cassin as CEO. The search for a new chair was led by Alison Brittain, the former CEO of Whitbread PLC, as senior independent director. Read More
