MJ Gleeson PLC - Sheffield-based housebuilder and land investor - Chief Executive Officer James Thomson buys 10,000 shares at GBP6.00, worth GBP60,000, on Friday last week. Now has 31,131 shares, a 0.1% stake. Thomson will step down as CEO at the end of 2022 but remain on the board as a non-executive director, MJ Gleeson said last week. It has hired Graham Prothero, currently the chief operating officer of housebuilding peer Vistry Group PLC to replace him. Read More

Vistry Group PLC - Kent, England-based house builder - Chief Operating Officer Graham Prothero will leave at the end of the year to become chief executive officer of Sheffield-based housebuilder MJ Gleeson PLC. Vistry will not hire a new COO. Instead, Graham's tasks will be "distributed amongst members of the executive leadership team," the company explains.
