MJ Gleeson PLC - Sheffield-based housebuilder and land investor - Chief Executive Officer James Thomson buys 10,000 shares at GBP6.00, worth GBP60,000, on Friday last week. Now has 31,131 shares, a 0.1% stake. Thomson will step down as CEO at the end of 2022 but remain on the board as a non-executive director, MJ Gleeson said last week.
