Georgina Energy PLC - helium, hydrogen and natural gas exploration and development company - Raises GBP1.3 million through the issue of 10 million shares at a placing price of 12.5 pence each. Investors will also receive one warrant per placing share at an exercise price of 14 pence expiring five years from admission.
