WAG Payment Solutions PLC - London-based company known as Eurowag that operates toll payment platform across Europe for commercial road transport industry - Non-Executive Director Morgan Seigler, through TA Associates LP, an American private equity firm, sells 30.0 million shares at GBP1.00 each on Tuesday for a total of GBP30.0 million. UPDATE: TA Associates completes GBP30 million sale of Eurowag shares

WAG Payment Solutions PLC - London-based provider of payment and data services to trucking companies in Europe - Bock Capital EU Luxembourg WAG Sarl, an affiliate of TA Associates Management LP, sells GBP30.0 million worth of shares in Eurowag in a placing run by Peel Hunt LLP as global co-ordinator and joint bookrunner and Wood & Co Financial Services as joint bookrunner. TA Associates sells 30.0 million shares, a 4.3% stake, at GBP1 per share. It retains 88.5 million shares, a 12.7% stake, and has agreed to a 90-day lock-up for these shares. The company is not party to the placing, which was first announced after the London market close on Thursday, and will not receive any proceeds. TA Associates initially invested in WAG Payment back in 2016 and helped take the business public through a initial public offering on the London Stock Exchange in 2021. Read More
