IN BRIEF: Corpus Resources raises GBP99,000 via share placing

Corpus Resources PLC - London-based oil and gas company formerly known as Curzon Energy PLC - Raises GBP99,000 before expenses through placing 660 million shares at 0.015 pence each. The placing shares will represent around 25% of Corpus' enlarged share capital, and were at an approximate 33% discount to the mid-market price of 0.0225p on Tuesday. Each placing share has an attaching warrant grant, exercisable at 0.050p per share. The warrants will expire three years from the admission of the placing shares to trading. Net proceeds from the placing will be used for working capital and to progress reverse takeover efforts. Read More
