Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - The North America-focused lithium developer - Completes drilling of four widely spaced holes for a total of 4,330 feet from a planned programme of 8,800 feet/2,680 meters at the Basin lithium in clay project in Arizona, US. Says the holes have been logged, sampled, and shipped to the laboratory, with results pending. Drilling of a fifth hole is in progress. The drilling of a further three holes has been planned. The programme is scheduled to complete in early May, it adds. Chair Ian Stalker says: "Drilling the Basin North clays has been an exciting and promising program. Thus far; we're finding excellent clay thicknesses, as expected, and some clay depths have been shallower than anticipated, which is an encouraging result that supports the viability and potential of this project." Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - US-focused Lithium exploration company - Says results from a recently completed gravity survey have added confidence to its assessment of its Basin clay project in Arizona. The survey measured gravitational fields to determine the different densities and rock types of the landscape. Results indicated thicker clay beds at both the upper and lower clay sequences, which Bradda says may be "substantially" thicker than previously reported. Bradda says that these results increase its confidence of being able to reach a new resource of 2.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent at the end of the upcoming drilling campaign, expected to commence "in the very near future". Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Records shallow lithium mineralised intercepts at San Domingo central target area in Arizona, following completion of phase 2 drilling. Says spodumene has been observed as the dominant lithium mineral, and adds that tantalum and beryllium were also found to be highly anomalous in the central target area. These, and prior near surface drill hole intercepts in the central target area, offer potential opportunity for open-pit development when further drilling proves up mineable resources, it says.
