Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - The North America-focused lithium developer - Completes drilling of four widely spaced holes for a total of 4,330 feet from a planned programme of 8,800 feet/2,680 meters at the Basin lithium in clay project in Arizona, US. Says the holes have been logged, sampled, and shipped to the laboratory, with results pending. Drilling of a fifth hole is in progress. The drilling of a further three holes has been planned. The programme is scheduled to complete in early May, it adds. Chair Ian Stalker says: "Drilling the Basin North clays has been an exciting and promising program. Thus far; we're finding excellent clay thicknesses, as expected, and some clay depths have been shallower than anticipated, which is an encouraging result that supports the viability and potential of this project." Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - US-focused Lithium exploration company - Says results from a recently completed gravity survey have added confidence to its assessment of its Basin clay project in Arizona. The survey measured gravitational fields to determine the different densities and rock types of the landscape. Results indicated thicker clay beds at both the upper and lower clay sequences, which Bradda says may be "substantially" thicker than previously reported. Bradda says that these results increase its confidence of being able to reach a new resource of 2.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent at the end of the upcoming drilling campaign, expected to commence "in the very near future". Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Reports additional near surface, high grade lithium discoveries at Morning Star pegmatites in San Domingo, Arizona. Says this is the third and final set of assays released from its 5,776 metre programme, which was completed in December. Read More
Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Swings to pretax profit of GBP1.4 million in the three months to November 30, from a pretax loss of GBP1.8 million a year ago. Operating costs reduced to GBP885,896 from GBP1.7 million in the corresponding quarter the previous year. Looking ahead, says it is "moving closer" to finalising its drill programme at the Basin project. Read More
Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Records shallow lithium mineralised intercepts at San Domingo central target area in Arizona, following completion of phase 2 drilling. Says spodumene has been observed as the dominant lithium mineral, and adds that tantalum and beryllium were also found to be highly anomalous in the central target area. These, and prior near surface drill hole intercepts in the central target area, offer potential opportunity for open-pit development when further drilling proves up mineable resources, it says. Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Receives USD2.5 million royalty payment from the Lithium Royalty Corp. This is after confirmation of its mineral resource estimate surpassing 1.0 megatonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent at its Basin project in the US state of Arizona. Says it has confidence in achieving the next milestone of 2.5 megatonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent to receive a further USD3.0 million payment from LRC. Read More
Bradda Head Lithium Ltd - North America-focused lithium development company - Provides an updated mineral resource estimate at its Basin project in the US state of Arizona. Says based on a further 2,355 metres of sonic drilling, the company has added 729,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent to the inferred mineral resource. The total new mineral resource now comprises 17.0 million tonnes in the indicated category and 210 million in the inferred category. Says the continued step out drilling success at the Basin East extension and at Basin North has increased its confidence in achieving its next milestone of 2.5 million tonnes of lithium carbonate equivalent. Chair Ian Stalker says: "The increase in LCE at Basin East Extension and into Basin North highlights the impressive potential that we have always believed is inherent at the Basin project. Read More
