IN BRIEF: Babcock International says Harry Holt to be CEO from July 31

Babcock International Group PLC - London-based aerospace, defence and nuclear engineering - Confirms that Harry Holt will take over as chief executive officer at the end of this month. Holt's promotion to group CEO from head of its Nuclear division was announced back in January, but an exact date for Holt to replace David Lockwood wasn't set. Lockwood will step down as CEO and executive director on July 31 but remain with the company until the end of January next year. Lockwood has been in post since 2020.
