Derwent London PLC - owns real estate portfolio in central London worth GBP5 billion - Signs up to a GBP100 million unsecured revolving credit facility with the UK arm of Sweden's Handelsbanken. The new RCF has a five-year term with two one-year extension options. It also has a GBP50 million accordion option. Derwent London doesn't provide the interest rate of the RCF but says its margin over a benchmark and financial covenants are in line with the company's other bank facilities. Read More
Rathbones Group PLC - London-based investment and wealth manager - Ends share buyback after buying 939,315 shares at an average price of GBP16.22 per share for GBP15.2 million in total. When launching the buyback in June, Rathbones set GBP20 million as the maximum amount. However, Rathbones on Monday says the buyback has been concluded because the shareholding of Investec PLC and Ltd has reached the level agreed when Rathbones bought Investec's UK wealth business in 2023 in an all-share deal. Ixico - London-based medical research company, focused on analysing trial data using neuroscience imaging and biomarkers - Says the discontinuation of two Huntington's disease programmes by existing clients reduces its contracted order book by around GBP1.5 million over the next two financial years. Ixico notes it secured GBP8.0 million of new Huntington's disease programme awards in the first half and says its order book remains 21% above the end of financial 2025. Gulf Keystone Petroleum Ltd - Bermuda-registered oil producer focused on Kurdistan - Says gross production volume has "successfully ramped up" to over 43,000 barrels of oil per day. This follows production and export operations restarting on June 24, after they were halted in February due to the outbreak of the US-Israeli war with Iran. The company was also discussing a revised Shaikan Field Development Plan with Kurdistan’s Ministry of Natural Resources at the time.
