Capita PLC - London-based outsourcing company for business services - Says its Contact Centre subdivision within Capita Experience secures a three-year extension to its partnership with Glasgow-based ScottishPower after a competitive tender process. The contract extension builds on a relationship that began in 2022, Capita says. Capita will continue to deliver five key work packages across Prepayment, Homemover, SME, Smart Meter, and Direct Debit customer journeys.
