Nexus Infrastructure PLC - Braintree, England-based provider of civil engineering and infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding sector - Expects to report revenue in line with management expectations of GBP30.2 million for the six months to March 31, up 17% from GBP25.8 million a year ago. It notes that while the UK economy has continued to struggle due to domestic and global factors, there was a slight improvement in the housebuilding sector. The firm however cautions that "the much-anticipated start to a full recovery is now predicted to be delayed by some months". Nexus adds that the integration of Coleman Construction & Utilities Coleman, which it bought in October, is progressing well with efficiencies already being delivered. Steppe Cement Ltd - cement producer in Kazakhstan - Sells 276,217 tonnes of cement for around USD12.7 million in the first quarter of 2025, up from 175,383 tonnes for around USD8.4 million a year ago. The growth was mostly due to favourable weather conditions, the company says. Looking ahead, Steppe Cement says: "The company maintains a conservative outlook for the 2025 market. Despite significant growth in the first quarter, rising inflation and global developments may have a considerable impact on the investment climate in Kazakhstan's construction sector. The company currently estimates Kazakhstan's cement market demand for 2025 to be approximately 12 million tonnes, similar to 2024." Read More

TI Fluid Systems PLC - Oxford, England-based manufacturer of thermal management and fluid handling systems - Court sanctions takeover by ABC Technologies Inc, which gives TI Fluid an enterprise value of GBP1.83 billion, including debt. TI Fluid accepted the takeover offer from ABC back in November, after rejecting two approaches from the firm in September with offers of 165 pence and 176p per share respectively. TI Fluid accepted an offer of 200p per share, which was a 55% premium to its share price in mid-September. TI Fluid expects the takeover to complete next week Tuesday, after the expected delivery of the court order to the registrar of companies. Read More
