Warpaint London PLC - Buckinghamshire, England-based colour cosmetics supplier and owner of W7 and Technic brands - Raises GBP999,998 from retail share offer, issuing 196,078 new shares at 510 pence each. Warpaint says the offer is oversubscribed, and shareholders will receive their entire allowance plus about 7% of any additional demand. The retail offer is part of a GBP15 million total equity raise - including a placing at the same price - to fund Warpaint's GBP13.9 million agreed takeover of Brand Arkitekts Group PLC, which the pair announced at the start of last week.
