Warpaint London PLC - Iver, England-based supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 and Technic brands - Reports strong trade in the six months to June 30, with sales expected in excess of GBP36 million. In the first half of 2022, the company reported sales of GBP25.2 million. This would therefore represent growth of at least 43% year-on-year, if achieved. Notes margins in the half are "robust" and ahead of those achieved the year prior. Reports further progress in expanding its presence in larger retailer, saying that the W7 brand will be launched in an initial 73 Superdrug stores in September. Says it has "significant further opportunities" to grow sales, both with new and existing customers, and remains in "active" discussions with a number of UK and overseas retailers. Read More
