Serica Energy PLC - UK-focused oil and gas producer - Formally announces intention to move its listing from AIM to the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. Admission is expected before the end of October, subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval of a prospectus and the shares being admitted to the Official List and Main Market. The move will be effected through an introduction of existing shares, with no fundraising or new securities being issued. Admission does not require shareholder approval, and the company's AIM listing is expected to be cancelled concurrently with admission to the Main Market.
