Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Announces that its subsidiary Petards Joyce-Loebl received order worth GBP700,000. The orders are from a global train builder and include the provision of equipment, engineering services and a three-year software-as-a-service contract to provide Petards eyeBoS on a further train fleet. Petards expects the equipment to be fully delivered during the second half of 2026, with revenue for the engineering services and eyeBoS to be made in that period. Further, it anticipates engineering services to be completed during 2027. The eyeBoS software allows viewing of live footage on train and review important diagnostic information, Petards says on its website. Read More

IN BRIEF: Petards subsidiary QRO Solutions wins GBP500,000 ANPR orders

Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Subsidiary QRO Solutions receives purchase orders totalling GBP500,000 for the provision of automatic number plate recognition equipment and support. The first order, for GBP400,000, is from an existing police force customer in the north of England and the first to be received under a previously announced four year framework contract. The second, worth GBP100,000, is for a new overseas customer and is for the supply of ANPR equipment that will form part of the Government of Gibraltar's recently announced enhanced border security measures. Both orders are scheduled to be delivered during the current financial year. Raschid Abdullah, chair, says: "We believe that these new contracts demonstrate the confidence that existing and new customers have in the ability of QRO's technologies to meet the exacting standards required for their high profile security and surveillance applications." Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Announces that its subsidiary QRO Solutions has been awarded two similarly valued contracts worth a combined GBP500,000. The first is from a new export customer and for the supply of QRO's ProVida in-car speed enforcement systems for use in vehicles operated by a European national police force. QRO expects to fully deliver the equipment during the first half of 2026. The second contract is for the supply for Harrier AI ANPR cameras to one of QRO's existing UK law enforcement customers.
