Journeo PLC - Information systems and transport technical services group - Signs a software as a service contract with Transport for Wales to supply a new displays content management system. Says the CMS is for the Welsh bus data content management system, for an initial contract value of GBP1 million. Journeo says this contract will offer principle authorities in Wales the ability to utilise a nationwide CMS to deliver high accuracy information. Adds that the initial software engineering and configuration work is underway and is expected to produce revenue of about GBP500,000 during the current year. Read More
Journeo PLC - Information systems and transport technical services group - Says 2022 order intake is up 50% to GBP27 million from GBP18 million a year earlier, which provides good earnings visibility for the current financial year. Revenue is up 35% to GBP21.1 million from GBP15.6 million. Journeo notes that across the year, the total number of vehicles connected to Journeo's software and services platform are up significantly to 10,000, from 4,000 in 2021, each generating monthly recurring revenues.
