JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Ltd - investor in infrastructure, transportation and real estate assets - Announces third redemption of shares as part of its managed wind-down that began in December 2024. JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets will return GBP20.5 million to shareholders by means of a compulsory partial redemption of up to 21.8 million shares on February 5. This is 29% of the company current share total of 75.5 million shares. The redemption price will be 94.06 pence per share, which is the company's net asset value per share on December 31, adjusted for the costs of the redemption.
