HICL Infrastructure PLC - London-based investment firm - Reports net asset value of 165.80 pence per share as at December 31, up from 164.3 pence at September 30. The increase was driven by "updates to actual inflation and deposit rates". Says remains on track to deliver its target dividend of 8.25 pence per share for financial year ending on March 31. At March 2, net debt amounts to GBP139 million.
