Essentra PLC - Oxford, England-based manufacturer and distributor of plastic-injection-moulded, vinyl-dip-moulded and metal components - Completes its acquisition of Vicenza, Italy-based mechanical components manufacturer, Boteco Srl. The company initially announced the acquisition back in May for an initial EUR7.4 million cash consideration, noting a deferred contingent cash consideration of up to EUR2.5 million. Says the acquisition complements its existing product expertise and provides a strong adjacency to its machine and automation end-markets. Notes the buy was completed at an acquisition multiple of 6.5x earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for 2025.
