Empresaria Group PLC - Crawley, England-based specialist staffing company - Says demand softened and hiring decisions among clients slowed in the second half of 2022, and this has continued into 2023. As a result, Empresaria says net fee income for the four months to April 30 is 5% lower than the year-earlier comparative period.
