Tritax EuroBox PLC - London-based investor in logistics properties across Europe - Deadline by which Brookfield Asset Management must make an offer extends to July 29. Says talks continue with Brookfield through the provision of due diligence information. A number of indicative proposals have been received from Brookfield. In addition, Tritax confirms it is in discussions with a number of parties from whom it has received and/or solicited expressions of interest regarding a possible offer for the company.
