Tritax EuroBox PLC - London-based investor in logistics property across continental Europe - Notes debt rating gets upgrade from credit agency Fitch Ratings Ltd. Senior unsecured rating is raised to BBB from BBB-, while long-term issuer default rating is affirmed at BBB- with a stable outlook. "The positive ratings trajectory provides a compelling backdrop for incremental senior unsecured debt issuance in the future," says Tritax EuroBox Finance Director Mehdi Bourassi.
