Tritax EuroBox PLC - invests in Continental European logistics real estate assets - Signs new leases in Italy and Germany worth EUR1.3 million in contracted rent. Leases half of 28,300 square metre development in Settimo, Italy, on the A4 motorway between Turin and Milan. The lease is for six years with a six-year extension option. Also lets 8,300 square metres of development near Bochum, in the Rhine-Ruhr region of Germany. The lease is for seven years with a three-year extension option.
