Diversified Energy Co PLC - US onshore upstream and midstream natural gas assets - Acquires upstream assets and related facilities in East Texas from a private seller for USD50 million in cash. Says the consideration reflects a 1.4 times multiple based on net purchase price and USD35 million of estimated adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortization before potential synergies for the next 12 months.
