Diversified Energy Co PLC - oil and gas production company - Declares 4.275 US cents third quarter dividend, unchanged from a year ago. Says adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation in the three months to September 30 was USD140 million. Adds that adjusted Ebitda margin was of around 52%.
