Diversified Energy Co PLC - gas and oil production company based in US state of Alabama - Independent Non-Executive Director David Turner buys 160,000 shares at average 94.69 pence, worth GBP151,504, on Tuesday. Now has 538,475 shares, a 0.1% stake.
Diversified on Tuesday said its pretax loss widened to USD799.5 million in 2022 from USD550.9 million in 2021, despite revenue almost doubling to USD1.92 billion from USD1.01 billion. This was because its loss on derivative financial instruments doubled, while operating expenses increased by more than 50%.
