Diversified Energy Co PLC - Birmingham, Alabama-based oil and gas production company - Announces the pricing of a secondary offer of approximately 5.7 million ordinary shares at a public offering price of USD13.75 per share. The selling shareholders have also given the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase a further 857,002 ordinary shares at the aforementioned price. All proceeds will go to the selling shareholders and Diversified says the company is not selling any stock itself.
