Cerillion PLC - London-based billing, charging and customer relationship management software company - Appoints Greg Price, chief financial officer of London-based software and cloud service provider essensys PLC, as its own CFO, taking up the role by May 1. He succeeds Andrew Dickson, who will be standing down from Cerillion's board on March 1 as he decides to "pursue new opportunities" and further develop his career. Dickson will remain with Cerillion for a handover period with his successor Price. essensys announces that Price has decided to resign from the company with which he will stay until the end of April to enable an orderly handover.
