Atalaya Mining PLC - critical metals exploration and development company primarily focused on Spanish mining projects - Says the application for its ordinary shares to be admitted to the premium listing of the London Stock Exchange's main market will no longer occur before the end of December 2023 as previously anticipated. The company now expects admission to occur after the release of its 2023 annual financial results. The group's 2022 annual results were released in March 2023.
