Asiamet Resources Ltd - company focused on the development of a portfolio of large copper, copper-gold and polymetallic deposits in Indonesia - Confirms that all conditions have been satisfied or waived for the proposed sale of Indokal Ltd, the 100% owner of the KSK Project, to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Ltd. Says the parties are now proceeding with the required steps for completion, which Asiamet expects to "occur shortly". It intends to make a further announcement upon completion of the transaction.
