AssuredPartners is a mid-market property, casualty & employee benefits insurance brokerage to Arthur J Gallagher & Co. Apax Global expects the transaction to deliver a gross multiple on invested capital of 2.5 times and gross internal rate of return of 16% for Apax IX. The transaction values Apax Global's look-through investment in AsduredPartners at about EUR51 million, a 10% discount to the last unaffected valuation as at September 30. Read More

Apax Global Alpha Ltd - provides investors with access to Apax private equity funds - Net asset value declines by 3.9% to EUR1.24 billion as of June 30 from EUR1.29 billion on December 31, 2023. Per share, this is EUR2.52, down from EUR2.64. The fall in NAV is due to the reduced value of its private equity portfolio and the payment of the recent dividend, Apax says. NAV total return in the recent half-year is negative 1.4%, or negative 3.3% at constant currency. In private equity alone, these are negative 2.5% and negative 4.4%, while debt investments bring a 2.1% positive return or negative 0.1% at constant currency.
