Apax Global Alpha Ltd - provides access to investments made by private equity firm Apax Partners LLP - Adjusted net asset value per share grows by 23% to EUR3.02 on December 31 from EUR2.45 a year before. Total adjusted NAV is EUR1.5 billion, up from EUR1.2 billion. Declares 6.36 pence final dividend for 12.33p full-year payout, up 22% on 2020 and in line with policy of paying out 5% of NAV each year.
