Advanced Medical Solutions Group PLC - Cheshire, England-based surgical dressings company - Announces the extension of the put-up-or-shut-up deadline for Minnesota, US-based adhesive manufacturer HB Fuller Co to either announce a firm intention to make an offer for AMS or no intention to make an offer. Advanced Medical says talks between the two companies remain ongoing. HB Fuller's new PUSU deadline is now 1700 BST on July 2, although this can be further extended with permission from the Panel on Takeovers & Mergers.
