Victrex targets a gross margin of around 50% and an operating margin in the mid-20s by 2031, alongside more than 90% average annual operating cash conversion. It expects to generate around GBP250 million of cumulative levered free cash flow from financial 2027 to 2031 and plans to return at least 75% of this to shareholders through dividends, buybacks or special dividends. Victrex sets an ordinary dividend of 30.0p per share for financial 2026, including a 16.58p final dividend, and intends to grow the ordinary dividend over the five-year period.

Vistry now expects financial 2026 adjusted pretax profit of around GBP165 million, excluding strategic review-related items, down from GBP200 million consensus guidance in July, including a GBP40 million reduction from partner deals no longer targeted this year.
